FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of test equipment, in particular to the multi-cavity products, such as spacecraft, tightness tests, and can be used in nuclear, chemical industry, in machine building, where higher requirements are imposed on reliability of products and minimization of their control time. Essence of the invention is as follows: instead of using the criterion for selecting cavities of the article for further tests thereof, based on an assessment of the probability of occurrence of increased leakage, namely, instead of using the selection of cavities with the highest and with a lower probability of increased leakage, it is proposed to select the cavities of the article for further tests based on comparison of measurement results of total leakage of all or part of cavities of the article with values of tightness standards of each tested cavity.
EFFECT: reduction of total duration of tests of a multi-cavity product and increase of their efficiency.
