FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: use for determination of main and impurity components in large-size glass objects of cultural legacy. Summary of invention consists in that certified historical samples by mass spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma with laser sampling are used to construct a calibration curve for X-ray fluorescence analysis, wherein measurements carried out to construct a calibration curve used in X-ray fluorescence analysis are performed at the same point as measurements carried out during certification of historical samples by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with laser sampling, wherein survey of large-sized objects is performed locally.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of non-destructive determination of main and impurity components in large-size glass objects of cultural legacy and wider range of investigated objects of historical legacy.
