FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to a surgical instrument for manipulating tissues inside a body part. Surgical instrument for manipulating tissues inside a body part comprises a device, an assembly, a rod, a bearing and a basket. Device has a proximal end and a functional end configured to be inserted into a body part. Assembly has a proximal end and a distal end. Distal end of the assembly is connected to a proximal end of the device. Rod is connected to the proximal end of the assembly. Rod has a rod body. Bearing is located around the assembly. Bearing is made with possibility of sliding on the assembly. Bushing has a nozzle tube. Attachment tube is configured to partially accommodate the device so that the functional end of the device at least partially extends beyond the distal end of the attachment tube when the device is in an inactive state. Basket is connected to the bushing. Basket contains levers. Levers have recesses. Each lever having recesses has a proximal end placed in the body of the rod, and a distal end connected to the tip of the basket. Compression of at least one of the levers having recesses moves the bearing and the bushing relative to the rod and towards the functional end of the device, providing the transition of the device from the inactive state to the active state by means of a nozzle tube. Basket contains a bearing housing. Bearing is located in the hole provided between the bearing housing and the assembly housing. Proximal end of the bearing contacts the distal end of the rod when the levers are at rest. Device changes into an inactive state when the levers are at rest. Proximal end of the bearing is separated from the distal end of the rod when the levers are compressed.
EFFECT: invention is characterized by reduction of structural complexity of the driving mechanism of the surgical instrument and simplification of its assembly.
