FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oncology and can be used for tumour treatment. Method according to the invention involves administering to a patient a substance comprising a pathogen simulator - polyinosine: polycytidylic acid (polyIC) with a delivery agent - polyethyleneimine (PEI) and treating the tumour with an intratumoural alpha emitter for 72 hours after the introduction of said substance.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows reducing the tumour size due to synergistic interaction between activation of cytoplasmic receptors to intracellular pathogens (ACSIP) and radiotherapy with an intratumoural alpha emitter.
