FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to a test system for detecting in a biomaterial DNA of mycobacteriosis agents included in Mycobacterium avium complex without differentiation to a species by real-time PCR. What is presented is a combination of primers specific to sequence of 16S-23S intergenic spacer and a fluorescent-labelled probe for detecting Mycobacterium species. Also disclosed is a kit of reagents comprising said combination and a PCR reaction mixture. Invention also relates to a method of detecting Mycobacterium species.
EFFECT: invention can be used to create medical devices for in vitro diagnostics, in order to detect the causative agents of mycobacteriosis by clinical and laboratory diagnostics services in medical institutions, as well as for the purpose of epidemiological surveillance of the population for the spread of mycobacteriosis agents.
