SUBSTANCE: device for bottom blowdown of liquid metal with gas in a ladle contains socket unit (16) for tuyere (1) and with a bottom part, tuyere (1) assembled with cooler (9) of emergent metal and a gas supply tube (7). In the bottom part of the unit there is a bottom cavity in which bottom insert (4) is located. Refrigerator (9) is made in the form of an incomplete ring from a metal tube. Support washer (6) with anchors (5) is put on the gas supply tube. When making bottom insert (4), the washer and the anchor are immersed into the refractory material to the depth of the length of the anchors. Refractory material is also filled in the gap between the washer and the gas supply tube; at that, the gas supply tube, the support washer, anchors and the refractory material adjoining them are rigidly attached to each other.

EFFECT: providing the strength of the bottom blowing device, preventing the formation of defects or the destruction of parts of this device under the action of loads applied to the gas-conducting tube during its manufacture, installation into a ladle, operation, as well as during heat treatment.
