FIELD: medicine; gynecology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to diagnose proteolytic disorders during miscarriage by enzyme immunoassay of chorion tissue. In chorion tissues obtained as a result of spontaneous abortion or by instrumental curettage of the uterine cavity, the level of leukocyte elastase, alpha 2 — macroglobulin and secretory inhibitor of leukocyte proteinase are simultaneously determined. When the level of elastase is more than 64 ng/ml, the level of alpha 2 — macroglobulin is more than 7.08 ng/ml and the level of secretory inhibitor of leukocyte proteinase is not more than 81.2 pg/ml, proteolytic disorders are diagnosed in case of miscarriage.
EFFECT: method provides the opportunity to increase the reliability and information content of the diagnosis of pathogenetic mechanisms of miscarriage by determining the level of leukocyte elastase, alpha 2 — macroglobulin and secretory inhibitor of leukocyte proteinase in chorion tissues.
