FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a new genetic construct and producers, providing directed expression in lysosomes of mammalian cells, including humans, of rhodopsin NsXeR from the body of nanohaloarchaeon Nanosalina, suitable for further studies of cell functioning at the molecular level using fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. Gene of interest is optimized for expression in mammalian cells and placed into a modified plasmid vector pCMV. Modified plasmid vector contains NeoR/KanR antibiotic resistance gene, SV40 virus promoter, CMV cytomegalovirus promoter, replication origin pUC ori, f1 ori, SV40 virus signal sequence.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain cells with light-controlled autophagy processes, as well as to perform functional tests on such cells as models of diseases associated with lysosomes.
