FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for protecting an anastomotic stoma formed after an intestinal anastomosis operation, in order to avoid their tension with faeces or to avoid contamination and infection of anastomotic stoma with faeces. Anastomosis protection device comprises a protective sleeve, a first fixing unit, a power supply unit and a second fixing unit. Protective sleeve is configured to be located inside the intestinal wall and to be placed in accordance with the anastomotic stoma. First fixing assembly is arranged with the possibility of being located on the external surface of the intestinal wall. First fixing unit comprises at least one electromagnetic element. Power supply unit is electrically connected to the electromagnetic element and is used to supply power to the electromagnetic element. Electromagnetic element is configured to become magnetic when power is supplied to it. Second fixing unit is configured to be located on the inner surface of the protective sleeve. Second fixing unit and the electromagnetic element of the first fixing unit are made with possibility of fixation relative to each other by means of magnetic attraction.

EFFECT: device for protection of anastomosis is intended for creation of circumferential space for expansion and contraction of tubular tissue and provision of normal blood supply around anastomotic stoma.
