SUBSTANCE: after the mobilization procedure and before the HSC collection, a patient’s blood sample is taken. Concentration of CD34+ cells in a blood sample is determined. Collecting a dose of HSC from 5 x 106/kg to 10 x 106/kg and a dose of HSC 10 x 106/kg and more is predicted depending on a certain concentration of CD34+ cells in a blood sample.

EFFECT: method provides effective determination of the probability of collecting the target dose of HSC depending on the number of circulating CD34+ cells.
