FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a lower female die for making disc springs. Technical result is achieved by the lower part of the die for making disc springs, which contains an upper forming part in the form of a truncated cone, which ends at the top with a plane, and a base. At the same time, this part and the base, which are made separately, are fixed to each other by a bolt thrusting the head against the plane of this part, which is tightly placed with an internal conical surface on the truncated cone of the base due to annular depressions made on its peripheral and central parts for corresponding sealing elements. Peripheral annular depression is separated by a wall from the side surface of the base and a lowered wall from the first and other annular grooves formed on its truncated cone, and the central annular depression is separated by a wall from the side surface of the threaded seat and by a lowered wall from the last annular groove. On the side surface of the base there are also diametrically opposite blind seats connected by longitudinal openings with the first and last annular grooves, respectively. In the partition separating the first and second annular grooves, through 180° there is a groove relative to the longitudinal window of the base, relative to which after 180° in the second partition of its cone another groove is formed and so on with their number equal to the number of annular grooves of the base.

EFFECT: reduced material consumption of the lower matrix and labour intensity of its manufacturing, as well as increased resistance of the lower matrix of the stamp during heating.
