FIELD: metal forming.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metal forming and can be used in hot stamping. The forming part of the mold contains a matrix with a cavity and a cage. The cage has an upper and lower cavity, an upper transverse window for the refrigerant, opening into the upper inner annular groove, and the middle and lower annular grooves. The middle annular groove is located in the interface zone of the parts of the matrix cavity, into which the channels-slots with a curved bottom made on the outer side surface of the matrix are opened. The lower side surface of the smaller diameter of the matrix is located in the lower cavity of the cage with a protrusion beyond the rear end of the cage of its shank. The channels-slots are located up to the lower annular groove of the cage and are made with side walls tilted outward at an angle of 90°, and have a wall in the middle of the bottom. The wall is located in contact with the top of the cage surface. At least one groove with increasing depth to the periphery of the matrix is made in the bottoms of the channels-slots.
EFFECT: increase in the durability and manufacturability of the matrix is provided.
