FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of producing structured materials for supersensitive diagnostics of composition and structure of organic substances by SERS spectroscopy. Disclosed is a cartridge for collecting and analysing fine particles, having a housing and a means for capturing fine particles installed in it, having the possibility of surface amplification of Raman light scattering. At that, it is equipped with at least one device intended for deformation of means for catching fine particles, made in the form of a base, which is a film of polymer material with thickness of 10–20 mcm with an array of through, essentially identical cylindrical channels, coated with a layer of plasmon material with thickness of 50–200 nm, with degree of deformation of 10–15% with formation of microcracks in said layer of plasmon material.
EFFECT: invention provides multiple amplification of the SERS signal without deterioration of the quality of capturing fine particles.
