SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molecular biology. Described is a method of detecting the presence of a variant sequence in a nucleic acid target sequence consisting of two strands and comprising a nucleotide(s) of interest. Kit and a reporter oligonucleotide for realizing the method are also described. Methods for predicting clinical effectiveness and predicting the presence of the clinical condition are also described.
EFFECT: providing analysis for evaluation/identification of microsatellites of ≥15 nucleotides with very high sensitivity.
