SUBSTANCE: described is a method for quantitative assessment of human T and B lymphocytes by digital polymerase chain reaction, characterized by the fact that an accurate assessment of the number of human T and B-lymphocytes in a biological sample is achieved by counting copies of signal fragments of excision rings TREC and KREC of genes, as well as a gene.
EFFECT: high accuracy of quantitative assessment of T and B-lymphocytes in human biological samples of interest.
