SUBSTANCE: described is a composition for producing an oxygenic product containing a milk base and a food additive, milk base used is buttermilk, and the food additive used is grated chayote flesh and grated sweet potato flesh; additionally, it contains liquorice root syrup as a foaming agent.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a product with improved organoleptic properties, high content of fibre, amino acids, carbohydrates, including starch, vitamins and mineral substances.
