FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to processing of heavy oil stock. Invention relates to a method for suspension hydrocracking, which includes steps of: lignite material is held at temperature of 300-350 °C for 4-12 hours in gas flow, wherein, if the gas stream contains oxygen, the oxygen flow rate is not more than 16 wt.% of the brown coal material flow rate; lignite material is ground; heavy oil stock is mixed with brown coal material; hydrocracking is carried out in a suspension phase. Invention also relates to a method of producing a filler for a charge for making coal briquettes.

EFFECT: high abrasion strength of coal additives, high proportion of mesopores to improve conversion of asphaltenes, high output of light oil products, and low resource consumption.
