FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for production of a sugar-containing product, according to which crystalline sugar after centrifugation of fillmass of the first crystallisation of sugar production with size of 0.20–0.50 mm and moisture content of 0.5–1.0% with a raw sugar solution applied on its surface with concentration of 65–72% of dry substances in amount of 0.8–1.2% by weight of sugar crystals with a moisture content at the outlet of centrifuge of 0.5–0.7% is fed into a chute conveyor to create a vibratory fluidized layer with thickness of 2.5–3.5 cm. Above the conveyor there are nozzles for spraying a solution of agave extracts onto the surface of sugar crystals and turmeric, taken in equal amounts with concentration of 30–60% of dry substances at rate of 1.0–2.0% to the weight of sugar crystals, after which sugar crystals are dried to moisture content of 0.2–0.3%.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a product of homogeneous composition.
