FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: use for adjustment of sensitivity and scanning of ultrasonic and impedance flaw detectors during non-destructive testing of articles made from polymer composite materials for presence of delamination and non-gluing. Substance of the invention consists in the fact that a tuning sample for acoustic control of articles made from polymer composite materials, in which a blind hole is made, into which a plug is glued. Sample is made in the form of a segment of the article, in which at least one hole with diameter of 5 mm to 20 mm is made, wherein the plug is glued into the hole with the help of glue or binder so that the protrusion of the glued plug above the surface of the sample is absent, wherein the bottom surface of the glued plug is equidistant to the surface of the segment, and between the plug and the bottom surface of the hole there is gap of 0.3 mm to 1 mm, and a contour of the blind hole is applied on the surface of the sample.

EFFECT: high accuracy of adjusting sensitivity and scanning of ultrasonic and impedance flaw detectors during non-destructive testing of articles made from polymer composite materials.
