FIELD: chemistry; metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for making test samples for non-destructive inspection of articles made of polymer composite materials. Performing a blind hole on the defect-free surface of the workpiece of the sample with a bottom parallel to the surface of the workpiece, wherein a ring is cut from the separately selected shell, from which the segment workpiece is cut, by mechanical processing of the segment workpiece with a cutter with diameter of 3 mm to 10 mm, a defect simulator is obtained, and the defect simulator plug is obtained by mechanical processing of the remaining part of the ring with a cutter with diameter of 3 mm to 6 mm, at that, the cutter rotation frequency is from 2500 rpm to 5000 rpm, feed is from 100 mm/min to 250 mm/min with cutting depth from 0.1 mm to 0.5 mm, then rubbing the glued surfaces of the plug and the segment with nefras, holding them in air for 5 minutes to 20 minutes and performing the segment and the plug connection using an adhesive, then performing the adhesive curing at a temperature of plus 15 °C up to plus 40 °C for at least 72 hours.
EFFECT: enabling simulation of a defect such as delamination or non-gluing in the reference sample workpiece.
