SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, particularly to a method of producing glial precursors derived from induced pluripotent stem cells with increased expression of NGF for therapy of neurodegenerative diseases.
EFFECT: invention provides obtaining a cell culture of modified glial precursors, which demonstrates expression of glial marker s100β, stimulates increased survival rate of cerebellar neurons and has pronounced antiamnestic action due to increased secretion of neurotrophin NGF.
