FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of postoperative rehabilitation of a person, namely to methods of postoperative rehabilitation of shoulder joint by kinesitherapeutic treatment with application of machine vision means. Disclosed is a method involving selection of therapeutic exercises recommended for rehabilitation of a shoulder joint in the form of weight-bearing exercises, after that, formed complexes of therapeutic exercises are transmitted to client application of patient, patient performs specified complex of therapeutic exercises in front of video camera connected to client application, where therapeutic exercises on the shoulder joint are performed in three degrees of freedom of the shoulder joint. In the client application, a video sequence is formed, in which the image of the patient is selected and a skeletal three-dimensional model is constructed in the form of an undirected graph with vertices at reference points, thereafter, the angular movements of the reference point of the shoulder joint of the person are evaluated during the therapeutic exercises and the obtained angular movements are compared with the angular movements of the shoulder joint of the individual of the angular values of the shoulder joint opening, at that, informing the patient about the errors or giving a signal to the patient about the need to stop performing the exercises, wherein after every 15 sessions of performing a complex of exercises on the shoulder joint, distributed by days, repeated functional diagnostics is performed to monitor dynamics of personal norm, and addition of weight load is permissible only if personal norm of shoulder joint functionality is increased by more than 50% or after 6 months of regular exercises.
EFFECT: invention provides more effective rehabilitation of patients after shoulder replacement surgery, as well as reduced risk of injuries or aggravation of diseases.
