SUBSTANCE: invention relates to clinical medicine. Method for creating an applicator for contact radiation therapy of malignant tumours of various localization, where the diagnostic computed tomography (CT) is used to preliminarily assess the size of planned individual 3D applicator taking into account the adjacent healthy tissues to the primary tumour, with an assessment of the possibility of their separation from the primary tumour by the applicator. Initial applicator is created from the dental mass; after the applicator is installed and fixed in the primary tumour area, initial CT-topometry is performed, with preliminary assessment of the applicator adherence to the mucous membranes, taking into account the coverage of the tumour volume and the separation of healthy surrounding tissues. If cavities are found between the mucous membrane and the applicator, an additional dental mass is supplied to the applicator taking into account the hardening time of the latter. Thereafter, a control CT topometry is performed to confirm the tight fit of the applicator to the mucous membranes; then, holes are created in the applicator for installation of intrastats. Finished applicator with the installed intrastats is fixed in the patient, and the final CT-topometry is performed for the subsequent planning of the contact radiation therapy with a conformal dose distribution in the radiation volume.

EFFECT: using the given invention enables reducing the radiation exposure on healthy surrounding tissues and thereby reducing the risk of radiation complications.
