SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry and pharmaceutics, namely, 2-(3,5-dichloro-1-methylindazol-4-yl)-1-[(1S,3R)-3-(hydroxymethyl)-5-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl)-1-methyl-3,4-dihydro-1H-isoquinolin-2-yl]ethanone of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a pharmaceutical composition having activity of a positive allosteric modulator D1, based thereon, method of treating and/or preventing cognitively related and negative symptoms of schizophrenia, mild cognitive impairment (MTI), impulsivity, Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders, dementia with Lewy bodies, Alzheimer's disease, for which the introduction of a positive allosteric modulator D1, and a method of treating Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders, Alzheimer's disease or cognitively related and negative symptoms of schizophrenia, for which the administration of a positive allosteric modulator D1 is indicated, which involve administering a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in an effective amount.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables effective treatment of diseases for which the introduction of a positive allosteric modulator D1 is indicated.
