FIELD: medicine; organic chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry and medicine, specifically to individual 1-[(5-nitrofuran-2-yl)carbonyl]-2'-propyl-1H,7'H-spiro[azetidine-3,5'-furo[3,4d]pyrimidine] of formula 1, having anti-tuberculosis activity with respect to a multidrug-resistant agent, as well as a method for preparing it.
EFFECT: obtaining a novel compound of formula 1, which can potentially be used in medicine as a drug, developing a method for synthesis thereof, as well as detected anti-tuberculosis activity in vitro with respect to standard and clinical drug-resistant strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
