SUBSTANCE: invention relates to individual 8-(4-methyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-6-(methylsulphonyl)-2-(5-nitro-2-furoyl)-2,6-diazaspiro[3.4]octane of formula 1. Compound of formula 1 has antituberculous activity against tuberculosis agent. Invention also relates to a method of producing said compound.
EFFECT: obtaining a compound of formula 1 with confirmed in vitro anti-tuberculosis activity with respect to standard and clinical strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis with multiple drug resistance, not showing cytotoxic action on macroorganism cells and characterized by good tolerance and harmlessness.
