FIELD: experimental biology; medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental biology and biomedicine and can be used in large-scale drug screening. Method involves preparing a solution of the active agent in the required concentration, combining and thoroughly mixing the solution of the active agent with an agar-agar carrier and an extract of Artemia salina nauplii. Moulding structure is made on 3D printer. Obtained pharmaceutical composition is applied on a moulding structure and thoroughly distributed on it. Pharmaceutical composition solidifies in the moulding structure at temperature of 4 °C. Obtained pastilles are extracted with the help of the puncheon forming part of the moulding structure. Dosed forms are transferred to the aquarium and fed to fish.
EFFECT: invention provides accurate doses of the active substance obtained by fish.
