FIELD: biotechnology; ecology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing lactic acid involving culturing lactic acid bacteria of the genus Bacillus coagulans for 4–5 days at temperature of 50°C, initial pH level 6.5–7.5, stirring intensity 70–80 rpm in a nutrient medium with the following composition: 600 g/l of syrupy and pasteurized beet molasses, 300 g/l of industrial water, 100 g/l of waste water, purified for 3–8 days by microalgae Chlorella vulgaris to content of ammonium cations 1 mg/l, phosphate of anions 4.5 mg/l, total microbial number 0.5 million cells/ml, with accumulated biomass of microalgae Chlorella vulgaris, which is disintegrated with the Protosubtilin r3x enzyme in amount of 0.004 mg/ml for 10 minutes at temperature of 50°C.
EFFECT: invention widens the range of methods for producing the end product.
