FIELD: meteorology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to control the amount of precipitation. Substance: system comprises container (1) for collection of sediments, equipped with cover (3). Recess (5) with drain hole (6) and valve (7) is made on bottom (4) of container (1). On one side wall of container (1) there is thermometer (8) with laser reading device (9), and on the other wall of container (1) there is transparent strip (10) with markings and laser device (11) for reading the level of precipitation in the container. Cover (2) of container (1) is made with possibility of shift and is located at an angle to horizon. On surface of cover (3) current-conducting layers of different polarity are installed. Container (1) is equipped with a rain sensor, a control device, an actuator and an information transmitter.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring amount of precipitation.
