FIELD: chemistry; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method for complex processing of black chokeberry fruits. Method for complex processing of black chokeberry fruits consists in the fact that freshly picked or defrosted black chokeberry fruits are used to produce juice by squeezing, wherein raw pulp is used to produce syrup after addition of sucrose and purified water at a weight ratio of 1:1:0.5. Freshly picked or defrosted black chokeberry juice contains a high level of anthocyanins: 0.75±0.04% – 0.91±0.05%. Syrup based on pulp of freshly picked or defrosted black chokeberry fruits contains a high level of anthocyanins: 1.14±0.06% – 0.89±0.05%.
EFFECT: use of the above method enables to obtain two agents from one portion of freshly picked or defrosted black chokeberry fruits: chokeberry juice and chokeberry syrup simultaneously.
