SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing grape exosomes, which can be used in the medical and cosmetic industries. A method for obtaining grape exosomes, including preparation of the starting material and its homogenization, sequential centrifugation in two stages, selection of the liquid phase and its ultracentrifugation, suspension of the resulting sediment of plant exosomes in a buffer and repeated ultracentrifugation under the same conditions, whereas callus biomass is used as the starting material grape cell culture, which is homogenized with phosphate buffer at a ratio of 1 g:5 ml - 1 g:15 ml, the resulting homogenized mixture is centrifuged for 19-21 minutes at 9000-11000 g, then the supernatant is centrifuged again for 19-21 minutes at 19000-21000g, the liquid phase is passed through a membrane filter with a pore diameter of 0.45 mcm and ultracentrifuged for 59-61 minutes at 90000-110000g, the resulting sediment of grape exosomes is suspended in phosphate buffer, and 1 g of biomass of the grape callus cell culture is taken 0.9-1.1 ml of phosphate buffer and ultracentrifuge again for 59-61 minutes at 90,000-110,000g.

EFFECT: expanding the range of used starting material, which has more standardized properties, ensuring the production of grape exosomes: with an average size of 200-350 nm; with a narrower range of surface charge (zeta potential) values, which improves uniformity; with a yield of at least 4.4 mg per 1 g of raw cell biomass used.
