FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of chemistry, namely, to a method for isolating microvesicles. The method includes collection of plants of the amaranth family, crushed to produce a homogenised mixture, the liquid phase whereof is then separated by means of a coarse filter, consecutively centrifuged for 30 minutes at 3,000 g and for 60 minutes at 10,000 g, respectively, then the selected supernatant is ultracentrifugated, the resulting precipitate is then suspended in a sodium-phosphate buffer and re-ultracentrifugated, then the resulting precipitate is re-suspended in the sodium-phosphate buffer, followed by filtration by means of a filter with a pore diameter of 1.2 mcm.
EFFECT: invention ensures isolation of microvesicles from plants of the amaranth family.
