FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biological analysis. Disclosed is a method of making a chip for analysing biological samples, comprising providing matrix (10), providing at least one insert (3), insertion of at least one insert (3) into at least one through hole (11) of matrix (10) by means of translational movement of at least one insert (3) in direction normal to lower and upper surfaces of matrix (10), mechanical assembly at a temperature below the melting point of the carrier material and the analysis material, during which a pressing force is applied, wherein said mechanical assembly of at least one insert (3) with matrix crimps at least one insert (3) by matrix (10) on, at least, part of its top and bottom surfaces. Invention also discloses chip (1) for analysing biological samples and its use for detecting complex biomolecules in biological media, a device and a diagnostic kit comprising said chip, as well as a device for making said chip.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible not to introduce anisotropy into the material of the carrier and the analysed material, which improves sensitivity and reproducibility of analysis for the chip.
