FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to peptides having antibacterial activity, and can be used in medicine in antibacterial therapy. There are presented synthetic analogues of natural peptides – micaecilin and rhicaecelin, which are developed on the basis of identified antimicrobial peptides from Microcaecilia unicolor and from Rhinatrema bivittatum respectively.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain peptides which inhibit the growth of multidrug-resistant bacterial strains.
