FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for gas-dynamic sterilization of medical tissues and equipment in supercritical media of carbon dioxide. Device comprises working vessel with cover, pump and first cylinder with carbon dioxide connected to pump and working vessel by pipelines equipped with valves. Device includes a second cylinder for carbon dioxide. Second cylinder pipeline is connected to working vessel outlet to atmosphere and connected to working vessel inlet by means of pipelines, including section, two pipelines of which are equipped, respectively, with an electromagnetic valve and a through valve, and one pipeline is equipped with a needle valve and an electromagnetic valve. Working vessel, the carbon dioxide cylinder and the second carbon dioxide cylinder are equipped with thermostats, pressure sensors and temperature sensors. Cover is made with possibility of fixation on working vessel by means of bayonet lock. Pump is arranged between through valves installed in a pipeline connected to the first cylinder with carbon dioxide and to the inlet at the bottom of the working vessel, made for sterilization of medical tissues and equipment at temperature from 20 to 90 °C at pressure from 30 to 300 atm.

EFFECT: possibility of sterilization of medical tissues and equipment, including previously not subject to sterilization or requiring additional special equipment for sterilization.
