FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used for non-surgical correction of dentogingival attachment level in compliance with planned aesthetic orthopaedic rehabilitation of patients. Patient’s oral cavity is scanned using an intraoral optical scanner. Then, the dentogingival attachment level correction is planned in a specialized CAD-system computer-aided simulation program. Further, a navigation template is made by printing it on 3D printer with pre-set future boundaries of the marginal gingiva, and a temporary prosthetic structure is made from polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) using the navigation template. Thereafter, local infiltration anaesthesia is applied, and soft tissues of the tooth are isolated by stretching with a polytetrafluoroethylene tape in accordance with the boundaries set by the navigation template. Thereafter, the dentogingival sulcus is stretched to the required limits. Level of gingival sulcus extension to the required boundaries is controlled with a navigation template. Then teeth are prepared for orthopaedic structure and preliminarily made temporary orthopaedic structure from polymethyl methacrylate is relocated, at that it is fixed in accordance with exposed new boundaries of soft tissues. 3 weeks after the soft tissue boundaries are formed, the temporary orthopaedic structure is removed, then the moulds are taken to make a permanent orthopaedic structure, and then the permanent orthopaedic structure is made and fixed.

EFFECT: due to digital planning and using a navigation template, the method enables minimally invasive correction of the gingival attachment level, ensuring the absence of cicatricial changes in the intervention area and complications in the form of gingival recession.
