FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry, and is intended for use in case of shortage of soft tissue volume around installed early implants. Local anaesthesia is performed in the area of the planned implantation. Alveolar bone crest is incised in the area of the planned implantation, and the implants are installed. That is followed by detachment of the vestibular and oral flaps and fixation of the size of the receiving bed. Local infiltration anaesthesia is performed within the donor area. Free mucous graft is formed and taken by two parallel incisions with 15 C scalpel, in accordance with the marked boundaries, with thickness of 2-3 mm. Donor area is closed with a pre-laid collagen sponge. That is followed by de-epithelisation of the free mucous graft along edges within 1 mm. X-shaped or linear incisions are formed in the projection of the mucosal formers, the entire fat layer is removed from the inner surface of the graft and a uniform thickness of the graft is formed along the entire perimeter. Further, the mucosa formers are placed in the receiving bed, the graft is passively put on the mucosal formers, adapted to the receiving bed, stabilizing the graft horizontally. Then the graft edges are placed under the vestibular and oral flaps. Then vestibular and oral grafts are passively covered with graft. Then they are fixed with interrupted sutures without tension, without capturing a free mucous graft, fixing the graft vertically. Thereafter, the sutures are removed 10 days later. After 3 months, an increase in the area of keratinized mucosa, as well as an increase in the volume of soft tissues in the area of the installed implants, are determined in the area of the installed implants and the performed soft tissue repair. That is followed by a permanent orthopaedic treatment using artificial orthopaedic structures.
EFFECT: method by forming a dense fixed keratinized attached mucosa, as well as increasing the volume of soft tissues reduces the risk of the inflammatory process in the area of the installed implants.
