Essence of the invention consists in the fact that highly dispersed amorphous aluminium oxide is obtained and nitriding is carried out under conditions of a plasma-chemical process by means of a microwave discharge in the presence of rare-earth metal compounds in a mixture of metal-dielectric powders, where dielectric used is obtained highly dispersed amorphous aluminium oxide, with formation in obtained as a result of plasma chemical process aluminium oxynitride phase doped with ions of rare-earth metals, with uniform distribution of aluminium oxynitride phase and having luminescent properties.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of reducing time and energy costs.
