FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing a hydrogel with immobilized nucleic acids, involving: a) making a solid polymer substrate from polyethylene terephthalate with a photoactive surface; b) obtaining cells of cross-linked modified agarose: hydrogel cells covalently bonded to a polymer substrate, where modification of agarose is carried out with chloroacetic acid in alkaline conditions with subsequent introduction of a fragment of methacrylic acid using anhydride of methacrylic acid, and then treatment with bromoacetic acid and triethylamine with subsequent formation of an agarose-linked polyglycol linker with a terminal carboxyl group; c) immobilisation of nucleic acids into hydrogel cells.
EFFECT: present invention provides the development of a more efficient method of making a polymer substrate with a photoactive surface and introduction into a natural polymer, agarose, chemical groups which impart new additional properties to agarose, while maintaining the ability to a temperature-dependent phase transition of melting-gel formation.
