FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing porous ceramic granules containing various proportions of biocompatible synthetic salts – calcium silicates. Method of producing porous ceramic granules from wollastonite and hardystonite is characterized by that a suspension is obtained from a two-component powder containing from 1.5 to 25 wt.% zinc oxide in a mixture with wollastonite, and 15% aqueous solution of gelatine, taken in ratio of 1:1.7-2, suspension is added dropwise into a container with vegetable oil with temperature of about 0 °C stirred at rate of 1,000 rpm, the formed granules are filtered, washed with isopropyl alcohol, dried and calcined in air at 1,250 °C.
EFFECT: obtaining spherical ceramic granules with varying content of wollastonite and hardystonite, uniformly distributed throughout the volume of the material.
