FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry. Method of changing the inclination of the occlusal plane in the patients with the distal ratio of the dentures is characterized by the fact that a fixed two-jaw bar apparatus of a monolithic structure is used, made of a cobalt-chromium alloy by casting or milling. It is applied on first premolars, first and second molars of lower jaw and first molars of upper jaw. Changing the inclination of the occlusal plane is carried out by the dentoalveolar introduction of the first molars of the upper jaw, the introduction of the first premolars of the lower jaw and elongation of the first and second molars of the lower jaw under the action of the force transmitted by the masticatory muscles to the maxillary and mandibular parts of the apparatus, by transferring to the upper and lower teeth the torque arising when the temporal and masseter muscles are stimulated during the forward movement of the lower jaw with the help of a two-jaw bar apparatus.
EFFECT: changing the inclination of the occlusal plane in the patients with a distal ratio of dentitions.
