Said method is carried out by real-time PCR, wherein the method involves identifying allelic variants of rs58415480 (C>G) of the SYNE1 gene using forward and reverse primers rs58415480, characterized by sequences SEQ ID NO 1 and SEQ ID NO 2, respectively, as well as rs58415480-C-allele-specific and rs58415480-G-allele-specific fluorescent-labelled probes with sequences SEQ ID NO 3 and SEQ ID NO 4, respectively.

EFFECT: invention provides a simple and cost-effective method of genotyping single-nucleotide polymorphism rs58415480 (C>G) localized in a position chr6:152241136 (GRCh38.p14) of the SYNE1 gene by real-time polymerase chain reaction.
