Identification of allelic variants of rs7907606 (T>G) is carried out using forward and reverse primers rs648595, characterized by sequences SEQ ID NO: 1 and SEQ ID NO: 2, as well as rs648595-T-allele-specific and rs648595-G-allele-specific fluorescent-labelled probes, characterized by sequences of SEQ ID NO: 3 and SEQ ID NO: 4.

EFFECT: invention provides an easy-to-implement and cost-effective method of genotyping a single-nucleotide polymorphism rs648595 (T>G) localized in a position chr6:53513571 (GRCh38_p14) of the GCLC gene.
