FIELD: processing and recycling of wastes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recycling of complex combustible solid wastes. Vertical sectional incinerator has three or more sections, which are arranged in three-dimensional staggered order to ensure placement and combustion of solid wastes in the incinerator, and the lower part of the incinerator is connected to the decomposition furnace through the outlet for exhaust gas and ash. Incinerator consists of an upper section of the incinerator, at least one middle section of the incinerator and a lower section of the incinerator. Upper section of the incinerator has an inlet for the main solid wastes, an inlet for large-size solid wastes, an inlet for tertiary air, inlets for the raw mixture, a stepped base for the material and an aeration unit. Middle section has a modular structure and is equipped with a plurality of stepped bases for the material, which are staggered relative to each other. Inlets for raw mixture and inlet for large-size solid wastes are located next to tertiary air inlets, and the inlet for the main solid wastes is located on the outer wall of the upper section of the incinerator and is located in the upper part of the stepped base for material. Middle section of the incinerator also contains stepped bases for material and aeration units. Lower section of the incinerator contains a stepped base for material, an aeration unit and an outlet for exhaust gas and ash. Outlet for exhaust gas and ash is directly connected to the lower side wall of the decomposition furnace. Stepped bases for material in the upper section of the incinerator, the middle section of the incinerator and the lower section of the incinerator consist of aeration units. And the stepped base for the material is equipped with a high-pressure air supply device connected to the aeration unit, which is used to blow solid wastes to move forward and fall on the next step of the stepped base for material or onto the stepped base for material of the next section of the incinerator.
EFFECT: high degree of mixing of solid wastes, large area of contact with oxygen-containing gas and high degree of burnout.
