FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biotechnology. Disclosed is a polyfunctional composite enzyme preparation for degrading organophosphorus compounds, mycotoxins and regulatory molecules of quorum bacterial pathogens, comprising a mixture of protease enzymes, decarboxylase, cellobiohydrolase, carboxypeptidase, hexahistidine-containing organophosphate hydrolase, lactonase, stabilized in non-covalent complexes with biologically active low-molecular weight (antimicrobial agents, hepatoprotectors, antioxidants) or high-molecular weight (polyamino acids, polysaccharides) substances taken in different combination at equimolar ratios for sorption immobilisation on diatomite, then they are dried to residual moisture content of 8–10 %.
EFFECT: invention provides a wider range of products for degradation of chemical agents of different types, agricultural raw materials, agricultural products and soil.
