FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surfacing materials, namely to flux cored wires and can be used in surfacing of process tools of metallurgical equipment. Flux cored wire for arc surfacing consists of steel shell and charge. Charge contains titanium powder, copper powder, ferromolybdenum powder, ferrochrome powder, ferromanganese powder, ferrosilicon powder, sodium silicofluoride powder, iron powder, graphite powder, nickel aluminide powder and lanthanum dioxide powder. Ratio of components in flux cored wire is as follows, wt.%: nickel aluminide powder 1.1-1.4, lanthanum dioxide powder 0.3-0.9, ferromolybdenum powder 0.72-1.0, titanium powder 0.45-0.9, ferrochrome powder 0.42-0.7, ferromanganese powder 1.2-1.5, ferrosilicon powder 0.45-0.9, copper powder 0.23-0.45, sodium silicofluoride powder 0.2-0.4, iron powder 23-24, graphite powder 0.3-0.5, steel shell – the rest.
EFFECT: increased resistance of deposited metal to formation of cracks of thermal fatigue at absence of defects in zones of thermal influence.
