SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry, specifically to a method of producing 3-hydroxy-1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-7a-(1H-indol-3-yl)-4-phenyl-1,7a-dihydro-2H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyridazine-2,7(6H)-dione of formula II by holding 3-benzoyl-2-hydroxy-3a-(1H-indol-3-yl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzoxazine-1,4(3aH)-dione of formula I with hydrazine at room temperature.

EFFECT: compound 3-hydroxy-1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-7a-(1H-indol-3-yl)-4-phenyl-1,7a-dihydro-2H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyridazine-2,7(6H)-dione has anti-tuberculosis activity and can be used as a starting product for synthesis of novel heterocyclic systems and in pharmacology.
