FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, particularly to composition of nutrient medium for temporary storage of teeth dislocated as a result of trauma or removed for surgical indications. Said composition contains L-glutamine in concentration of 250.0 mg/l, L-arginine hydrochloride in concentration of 150.0 mg/l, 0.8 vol.% of green tea extract, para-aminobenzoic acid in concentration of 0.52 mg/l, docosahexaenoic acid in concentration of 0.75 mg/l, vancomycin in concentration of 50 units/ml, as well as amphotericin B in concentration of 50 units/ml.
EFFECT: present invention provides increased viability of dental ligament fibroblasts at ambient temperature and achieving long storage and transportation periods.
