FIELD: service control means.

SUBSTANCE: obtaining configuration information on priorities, besides, configuration information on priorities is configured with possibility of designating priorities of service of SDT (small data transmission) and other services. A scheduling indication sent by the base station and intended for scheduling other services is determined during the execution of the SDT service. A decision is made as to whether to continue the execution of the SDT service based on the configuration information on priorities and the scheduling indication. Determination of a scheduling indication sent by a base station and intended for scheduling other services involves: obtaining scheduling information transmitted by a base station through a physical downlink control channel with a temporary radio network identifier for paging (P-RNTI PDCCH), wherein the scheduling information is configured to instruct the UE to receive messages on a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH); and determining scheduling information as a scheduling indication sent by the base station and intended for scheduling other resources, if the scheduling information indicates to the UE device to receive a paging RRC message (radio resource control message) to initiate a paging service in the PDSCH.

EFFECT: reduced loss of high-priority service data.
