Invention also discloses a recombinant microorganism for producing L-glutamic acid containing said nucleic acid molecule, a method for construction thereof and a method for producing L-glutamic acid using same. Invention also discloses use of said nucleic acid molecule for engineering genetically modified bacteria to produce L-glutamic acid, method for increasing production of L-glutamic acid in Corynebacterium bacteria using said nucleic acid molecule.
